Instructions for use:

1.Pull off the cap and unscrew the cartridge holder.

2.Insert the small end of medication cartridge into the cartridge holder.

3.Push the screw into the pen.

4.Attach the cartridge holder, screw the penbody onto the cartridgeholder until it is secure.

5.Screw needle ontothe cartridge holder.

6.Turn the gear at the end of the pen to adjust the dose.

7.Tap the injection button at the end of the pen to expel air from the cartridge.

8.Adjust your dose.

9.Insert the needle into the skin in the proper position.

10.Place your thumb on the injection button and press slowly until the button stops moving.

11.Press and hold the button for 5 seconds, then remove the needle from the skin.

12.Check to make sure you see a 0 in the dosewindow to confirm you received the completedose.

13.Remove the needle and put the cap on the pen.
